Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent work experience in trust and estate planning.
- Paralegal certification or eligibility to become a certified paralegal is preferred.
- Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents.
- Proficiency in legal research and staying updated on changes in trust and estate planning laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage directly with clients in a friendly manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with trust and estate planning software and technology tools is a plus.
