The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in the area of Trusts and Estates. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing superior legal services to our clients. The Permanent Trust and Estate Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to our Trusts and Estates Department.

1. Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
2. Manage and organize client files and documents, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Assist with the administration of estates, including probate and non-probate matters.

Job Details
The ideal candidate for this position Qualifications:

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
