Location: Hybrid work schedule in Hackensack, New Jersey or New York City offices
Salary: $65k - $75K Base Salary
Must Haves:
You must be able to work a Hybrid schedule in either Hackensack, New Jersey, or New York City, with three days onsite and two days remote.
Experience with General probate procedures
Experience with drafting estate documents, assisting with asset valuations and being able to prepare and assist with estate tax returns.
My Client is looking to hire a Trust & Estate Administrative Assistant to join their T&E Department in the New Jersey or New York offices.
- Experience with general probate procedures (including, but not limited to, document drafting and filing, etc.),
- Communication with clients, probate clerks, and other professionals, drafting of initial estate administration documents, assisting with asset valuations, transfers, and redemptions, collection of cash accounts, marshaling of assets, assistance with preparation of estate tax returns.
- Drafting of distribution documents and overall general assistance to trust and estate attorneys and paralegals in all other basic aspects of estate and trust administration.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and team player.
