In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our attorneys, handling a range of tasks from drafting legal documents to managing client communications. What you'll do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Trust and Estates attorneys.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate forms.
• Manage client communications and maintain confidential client files.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments.
• Perform research and assist with case preparation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role, preferably in Trust and Estates.
• Proficiency in legal terminology, document preparation, and case management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
