Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Trusts & Estates Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance related to trusts and estates matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Navigating complex legal issues related to trusts and estates law, including probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.
- Working collaboratively with other attorneys and paralegals to provide the best possible legal solutions for our clients.
- Managing your time effectively to ensure all tasks and projects are completed within the required timeframes.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates Law.
- Exceptional document drafting skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Thorough knowledge of Trusts & Estates Law, with a particular focus on Florida law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
