About Us: We are a reputable law firm in Springfield, MA, specializing in trusts and estates planning. We are currently seeking a motivated Trusts and Estates Attorney to join our team and assist clients in navigating their estate planning needs.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, be admitted to the Massachusetts bar, and have 0-3 years of experience in trusts and estate planning. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with trusts and estate planning matters, including drafting legal documents and providing advice.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored estate plans.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
• 0-3 years of experience in trusts and estate planning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multi-task.
• Proven time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• An LLM degree and strong community ties are a plus.
