The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the field of trusts and estates litigation including, but not limited to, probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court litigated matters. Experience in Article 81 guardianship matters also a plus. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, legal research, court appearances, depositions and negotiations. The candidate should have demonstrated ties to Long Island. The firm's offices are centrally located on Long Island in one of the region's premier buildings.
