Boutique Law firm in Coral Gables seeks to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trusts and Estates Paralegal. The Trusts and Estates Paralegal will play a vital part in supporting the attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration, probate, and estate planning. The Trusts and Estates Paralegal will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, draft certain documents, conduct legal research, and manage case files, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
·Trust and Estates Paralegals duties include:
·Drafting and preparing legal documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney forms.
·Ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements in document creation.
·Communicating with clients to gather necessary information for legal proceedings.
·Providing updates on case progress and addressing client inquiries.
·Assisting attorneys in developing comprehensive estate plans for clients.
·Collaborating with clients to understand their wishes and goals for wealth distribution.
·Managing the probate process for estates, including filing necessary documents with the court.
·Coordinating with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
