Description
- The Consultant must bring his/her own PC and/or Iphone. External consultants equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and iPads must always be up-to-date with the latest iOS release. The owner must allow The client s AirWatch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed.
- The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by The client staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime.
- The owner must grant approval for The client to remove apps, data and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to The client s security or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is lost/stolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit and/or The client.
- When an external consultant leaves The client, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all The client apps and data. The IT Service Desk can only support privately owned equipment in connection with The client s AirWatch security and management software.
- Maintain an accurate record of daily activities, throughout the works.
- Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the Contractor.
- Ensure that the Contractor proactively manages safety and quality.
- Act, behave and lead by example according to The client values.
- Maintain a high focus on safety throughout the works.
- Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
- Review and understand Risk Assessments / Method Statements and QHSE documents.
- Proactively attend, as Client site representative, daily meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions ensuring that the works are being carried out in a safe manner and to the required quality.
- During all key activities and otherwise as often as practicable be present as a witness. Access all work areas, provided it is safe to do so.
- Participate in safety walks with HSE representatives from The client and Contractor organisations.
- Participate in relevant inspections and complete and submit handover documentation / review and approve Contractor provided field (or other) reports.
- Daily recording of execution onboard of Contractor s installation / construction vessels.
- DPRs.
- Walkdown reports.
- Handover documentation.
- Reviewed field reports
- The Client Representative will conduct inspection of the offshore works in progress and monitor that works are carried out as per / in accordance with approved risk assessments and method statements / procedural documentation.
- The Client Representative has no contractual authority, except for the authority to intervene or stop the operation in case of safety, quality infringements or non-compliance (procedures not being followed) by the Contractor.
- Please assess this role if it shall be exempt or non-exempt according to FLSA. State the result of the assessment in the notes section in each candidate submission.

- GWO Basic Safety Training: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
OGUK Medical certificate including Chester Step Test, or approved equivalent. - IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet).
- High focus on quality and safety.
- Speaks, reads, and writes English fluently.
- Can do attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to speak your mind while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Preferred US resident - If not, required permissions to work offshore in the US required.
- Expected to be 2 or 4 weeks on, followed by 2 or 4 weeks off. Subject to change according to vessel movements and duration of scope.
