TTS is a highly innovative organization with a strong digital agenda; new products and services are continuously being developed to meet our clients rapidly evolving treasury requirements and unlock new opportunities for growth.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Trade and Working Capital Sales Specialist.What you’ll do:The role requires the individual to generate new business by proactively identify documentary services & trade finance opportunities, leading or supporting client pitches and recommending innovative trade finance solutions
The Tasks for this role will include most of the following:Leading origination efforts of Trade and Working Capital Sales for a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects by establishing new relationships and strengthening existing onesExecute a robust growth plan to target new customers (New to Bank and New to Trade)Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bankAssist in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers Work with client services and operations teams to develop and drive changes and improvements to Core Trade operating models, procedures and practicesAbility to interact with business customers at all levelsProvides support for senior trade specialistsWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructureWhat we can offer you:The successful candidate can expect to gain exposure to the following aspects of Trade business:This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity to build an in-depth knowledge of financial services operations and extensive network relationship building

This is a highly visible position to Senior Management in North American and other geographies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required6+ years minimum related experience2+ years of core trade and other trade finance experience requiredDetailed knowledge of Credit and Underwriting standards including techniques to mitigate risk.Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services.Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed
