Tuition and Human Resources Manager-SINAI SchoolsAs the only Jewish Special Education school accredited by the prestigious Middle States Association ofPrimary and Secondary Schools, SINAI Schools is widely recognized as one of the country’s leading Jewishschools for children with disabilities and special needs. SINAI currently operates eight schools, includingtwo elementary schools and four high schools in NJ and two elementary schools in NY, all of which areintegrated within a regular education Jewish partner school.The Tuition and Human Resources Manager will report to the Director of Tuition and Counsel. This a fulltime, and as of now, a hybrid position, requiring in office work two (2) days per week, and also occasionallyrequiring evening and weekend work.Duties & Responsibilities Manage the confidential financial application process Contract management and review Collect and maintain Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Release forms as part of theonboarding process of new employees Collect, draft and maintain resume and credentials of school staff, including tracking licensureverification Organize and manage data related to EEO filings Manage the employee onboarding and leave of absence processes Assist employees with questions related to benefits Perform general office work Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders to staff Work with parents and school staff Go home every day feeling like you made the world a better placeQualifications: School, Non-profit Foundation or Government experience preferred Experience in analyzing personal financial information and tax returns preferred Excellent organization, writing and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail Must be a motivated self-starter Prior experience working with databases and/or excel spreadsheets Outstanding time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high volumeof work Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff Ability to work in a discreet manner, maintaining confidentiality Preferred computer skills-proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word; Google Drive including Google Docs,Sheets; ability to learn relevant databasesQualified minorities and/or women are encouraged to apply; EEO.
