About the Job
PRO-TURF Services, a division of AGRILAND FS, seeking a high energy, self-starting Turf Account Manager with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service. As a member of our team, this individual will actively generate new sales by developing relationships with property managers and earning their business by bidding, coordinating and providing excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prioritize activities generating sales leads, turf recommendations, bids, and profitable business
- Estimate application costs for customers and offer professional lawn care recommendations.
- Communicate well to ensure excellent customer service
- Follows all credit policies, accurately completes sales contracts and billing
- Obtain a pesticide applicator license and will assist in lawn applications
- Stays current on industry information delivering problem solving expertise to accounts

What we need from you:
- Prefer a minimum of a two-year turf or horticulture degree or experience in the turf industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the experience meeting multiple deadlines
- Excellent business and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
