About the Job
El Concilio Califonia is in search of a temporary Case Manager within our Turning Point Program. This position is responsible for assisting members in meeting their expressed goals toward crisis resolution and maintaining wellness while living in the community. Additional support in areas of medication management, transportation, counseling and advocacy will be provided as needed. The Case Manager will be responsible for maintaining a caseload and ensure proper recordkeeping. This position will provide vocational support and assist with medication outreach, along with assisting clients maintaining appropriate housing stability. The Case Manager shall maintain constant contact and redirect individuals towards the appropriate resources for client success.

Qualifications: An A.A degree in psychology or related field is highly preferred; A High School diploma with 2-3 years of experience in a social services setting related to case management or mental health is required in lieu of a degree.
