Two Year Old Lead Teacher - Appletons Community Child Care Inc

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The right candidate will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will have a small class with positive, engaged, and supportive team members, administrators, and parents. The right candidate should have some experience in Early Childhood and at least an associate's degree in the field or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as literacy education, physical education, and social and emotional education
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote student engagement and positive behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience with play-based curriculum and diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and productive learning environment
- Familiarity with childcare principles and Youngstar Quality rating is a plus
- Passion for promoting literacy education and physical well-being in children
