Job Summary

Ritter Insurance Marketing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our expanding Under-65 Health team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable health insurance product support to agents and agencies via phone and email within the assigned territory.

• Handle incoming calls with product questions within the assigned territory.

• Build relationships with agents through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Conduct regular outreach via phone and email, focusing on increasing current agent engagement and production.

• Provide information and recommendations on strong products in the agent’s area.

• Assist with the development and presentation of marketing content used for agent recruitment and training.

• Attend carrier events, trainings, and webinars as required.

• Minimal regional travel is required during our busy season.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Highly motivated and eager to learn.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Relationship building and business development skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary systems.

• Prior experience in a sales field.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• An active Health Insurance License is a bonus.
