- Must have working knowledge of x12 Claims Codes
- Bachelor's required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to professionally compose documents for stakeholders, the client, and leadership
- Ability to accurately gather requirements documents
Required Experience:
- Medicaid policy or program experience
- End-to-end testing experience
- End-user training experience
