Job Description:
As the Unified Communications Engineer you'll have the advanced ability to design, build, implement, maintain and troubleshoot Unified Communications systems including IP telephony, call center, voicemail, call handlers, conferencing, paging, wireless, IVR, call recording systems, and voice gateways. You'll collaborate with Network Engineers to successfully and seamlessly integrate communications systems with the production TCP/IP network. Your ability to analyze and improve the redundancy, availability, and reliability of the UC infrastructure, will make you successful in this role.

Requirements:
- General Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an IT Network or Telephony Engineering Function
- Preferred Certification – Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
- Preferred Education Field of Study - Information Systems
- Preferred Technical Experience: A specialized skill level with IP Telephony, Call Center Applications, Voicemail and Call Handlers, Conferencing, IVR, Various Third Party Systems that Integrate with IP Telephony, Cisco IOS, Routing and Switching, and OS Administration
