Working collaboratively, the UI Designer/App Prototyper will create new app designs and extend and extrapolate existing designs to new use cases, bringing the app to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and magical.
In this role, you'll tackle complex requirements and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for millions of our guests from the first-time visitor to a hard-core fan. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Executives, Designers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design and development process, so the successful candidate must be able to clearly communicate and advocate for their design choices, while gracefully handling & incorporating feedback from peers and stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience including demonstrated experience in designing usable interfaces and considerable success as a UI designer
- Minimum 1 year professional experience designing interfaces for native mobile applications, for iOS (preferred) or Android
- Strong understanding of information architecture
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator, and strong skills in other Adobe Creative Suite software
- Ability to create and maintain a clickable app prototype using online tools such as Invision, Pixate or similar
- Strong, clean visual design sense and a strong command of mobile design standards such as the iOS Human Interface Guidelines and/or Android Material design
- Ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color effectively
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- BA, BFA, MA, or MFA in design (e.g., digital, interaction, graphic, visual) preferred, but not required

- Create end-to-end guest flows and wireframes
- Build guest interface mockups & prototypes
- Extend existing designs to accommodate new requirements and use cases, within a provided framework
- Convert approved designs into actionable design guidelines and specifications
- Bring high-fidelity mockups (and corresponding behaviors) to life through close collaboration with engineers
- Produce designs that inspire, engage and excite our guests
