Position Summary:
The User Interface Designer, Enterprise will focus on developing innovative UI solutions for internal products that facilitate seamless collaboration across departments within the live entertainment industry. In addition, this role will also contribute to the design of consumer-facing experiences, bringing a blend of internal efficiency and consumer appeal to our digital interfaces.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to focus on writing comprehensive user requirements and interactions and ensure clarity and alignment on specifications.
- Designing and construct aesthetically appealing design user interfaces for internal products, emphasizing cross-departmental collaboration tools and maintaining design-systems and files
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine both internal and external product designs to create designs based on demonstrated user needs.
- As required, pivot to work on consumer-facing UI projects, applying creative and user-centric design principles
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5 years of user experience and interface design across web, mobile (e.g., in UX/UI)
- Experience in workshop facilitation to drive insights.
- Experience in scrum-based delivery processes.
- Proficiency in modern product design software (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Understanding of design-systems (eg. MUI, Bootstrap)
- Understanding of user research and product validation
- A portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and innovation across multiple technologies such as web, mobile, mixed reality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with non-designers on projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems.
- Strong knowledge and interest in design and demonstrated ability to think creatively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Knowledge of live entertainment industry preferred.
Pay Scale: $90,189.00 - $122,986.00
