Mandatory Technical Skills
- Frontend Development experience in object oriented JavaScript Framework
- Advanced knowledge of HTML/HTML5, DHTML, XHTML, Angular JS, CSS/CSS3 and JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience in UI frameworks like Handlebar, React
- Experience with AJAX, REST and JSON
- Experience dealing with cross-browser compliant front-end code (IE8/9/10/FF/Webkit/Blink)
- Experience in handling 3 or 4 external facing web applications
- Comfortable working solo and in team-based environments
Roles and responsibility
- Design and implement a multi-device, modern JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3/Jquery platform
- Design and implement reusable web UI components
- A passion for quality and delivering well tested and testable solutions
- Collaborate in a fast paced Agile environment
- Prepare and present design specifications to colleagues
- Coordinating with other groups to make their vision a reality
Desirable Functional Skills
- Experience in Handlebar.js or react.js and flex
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers and team members clearly and effectively across multiple locations
- Excellent workload management skills to clearly set customer and team member expectations and meet deliverable deadlines
- Sound judgment and the experience to recognize and raise risks and issues appropriately
- Patience to mentor less experienced team members to help build a team of exceptional webMethods developers
