Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• User Interface Development: Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic written in Java.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize components to ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Code Reviews and Debugging: Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and fix bugs to maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
• Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and reliability of applications.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a UI Developer or similar role.

• Proficiency in React.js and related front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of Java and backend integration.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

• Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
• Performance: Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• UX Principles: Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
