Scope:
Looking for a junior – Mid Level Developer (5-6 years) with a possible right to hire.
- Identifies database requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing department applications, programming, and operations; evaluating existing systems and designing proposed systems.
- Experience on Linux and system administration in Linux
- Has a background in defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
- Develops specifications and flowcharts; recommending optimum access techniques; coordinating installation requirements.
- Maintains database performance by reviewing logs, files and queries by recommending improvements.
- Prepares users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems.
- Supports database functions by designing and coding utilities.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Front End: JavaScript (React ideal but not required, jQuery, Angular, Node.js), PHP, CSS Bootstrap
- Databases you will be exposed to: NoSQL (Couchbase, Redis), SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), FileMaker Pro 13 (Will work with MySQL most, and very limited interaction with the DB. Focus should be on Front-end)
- Back End: PHP (Laravel PHP framework ideal but not required), REST API's required

- Experience working for a large ISP
- Infrastructure: Nagios, Jenkins, Cron, Linux
- Agile Tools: JIRA, Rally
- Scripting: Python, Perl, Shell
