Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited university in business, marketing, user experience (UX / UE), or related discipline
5-7 years' experience in marketing, communications, UI, or related
Exceptional writing and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable presenting to groups at all levels of the organization
Ability to collaborate and work well with others to achieve optimal, sustainable results
Strategic, cross-functional thinker able to gather buy-in from leadership for ideas and projects
Understand business and marketing objectives; able to create a clear linkage between communications & customer experience
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage tasks effectively, and work independently
Design experience and/or Adobe Creative Suite software a plus
An understanding of user experience (UX) design principles a plus
