Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design and user experience development of a cutting-edge digital platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a strong background in building consumer-facing applications and websites. The role is critical in ensuring a seamless and frictionless digital experience for our users and will require expertise in both platform design and the technical and regulatory impact of digital design changes. This role also demands strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and third-party developers.
Requirements:
• Lead UI/UX Strategy: Define and execute the UI/UX vision for the digital platform, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.
•Consumer Application Expertise: Develop and enhance user interfaces for consumer-facing application(s), with a focus on creating frictionless and modern design.
• User Research & Testing: Familiarize yourself with user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to continuously improve the platform’s design and user experience.
• Design Implementation: Oversee the implementation of design changes, ensuring they are technically sound and provide a positive impact on user interaction.
• Prototype & Wireframe Development: Create and iterate on prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for the development team to execute.
Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and evidence of solving complex user experience challenges, such as seamless/frictionless account creation and management consumer experiences that require Electronic Age Verification.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and platform integration.
Experience designing Consumer Journeys for digital products and websites that manage and operate connected devices over various short range wireless technologies (e.g. Bluetooth) a plus.
