Need UI Visual Designers for software interface (not a website)
Need a visual designer that can reimagine the client's ATM application.
Need someone that can create an entirely new look and feel.
The client is starting from scratch.
Software interface design using design components
Have created design systems
Role:
Research, formulate, and share best practices and standards for UX research and development of user experiences. Learn new technologies, techniques, and keep on top of the latest design tools to be able to apply these as needed.
Partner with Product Managers and User Experience team to drive & define vision, product feature pipeline, business goals, requirements, and functional needs.
Drive UX designs within platform constraints and technical limitations to enable easy user interaction.
Responsible for creation of UX related artifacts such as wireframes, interaction specifications, functional specifications, site maps, user journeys, user flows, personas, usability test plans, etc.
Skills;.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or related degree and/or experience.
5+ years of prior Customer/User Research and Design experience with preferably global, enterprise software solutions.
3+ years of working in Agile delivery-oriented methodology projects.
Experience working with product managers and translating their ideas into prototypes and immersive customer experiences.
Experience defining UX principles and standards and evolving them over time based on feedback.
Extensive experience with user interface design patterns and standard user-centered design methodologies across multiple platforms.
Deep understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to digital platform development for both web and mobile.
Ability to describe and defend the value of UX to cross-functional stakeholders.
Solid understanding of visual design for web and mobile including how to elevate design above the competition.
Proficient in running workshops and using feedback to develop design prototypes.
Solid understanding of visual design for web and mobile including how to elevate design above the competition.
Functional knowledge of digital commerce business processes.
Ability to work independently (roll-up-your-sleeves individual) as well as comfortable working within a matrixed organization.
