Job Tile: UKG Kronos Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Contract to Hire opportunty)
Location: 100% Remote (Framingham, MA)
About the role:
- Support our multi-year WFM migration from WFC to PRO. Responsibilities include process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and managing UAT. Post-implementation, lead knowledge transfer to Global Support
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst with product owner experience
- Experience with UKG WFM (WFC & PRO) (required)
- Project management, Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence experience
- TOSCA and manual UAT testing expertise for UKG PRO (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills; adaptable in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
