We are searching for unique and experienced UKG PRO WFM Scheduler Application Consultant to join our team.
What you will do:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption.
- Discover and analyze client business requirements and business processes.
- Create usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents.
- Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Scheduler, etc.).
- Actively participate, and as needed lead, testing, and quality assurance activities for the projects.
- Assist with change management and user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and budget.
- Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentation.
- Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions).
- Experience with UKG Workforce Central and understanding of Workforce Central vs. PRO WFM differences is helpful but not required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with completing full implementations of UKG Workforce Central and/or at least 1 UKG PRO WFM project live.
- End-to-end experience with the following Dimensions modules:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduler
- Ability to assist with Business Structure Workshops in relation to Scheduling.
Preferred:
- UKG PRO WFM Scheduling certification.
- End-to-end experience with the following UKG PRO WFM modules:
- Scheduling
- Forecasting
- Healthcare Productivity
- Experience with ADP Workforce Management optional.
- Understanding of UKG Navigator, Paragon, and Launch methodology/tools.
Qualifications:
- Completed UKG PRO WFM Scheduling Partner/Employee training.
- Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships. You are expected to WOW! the customer.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
