About the Job
- Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
- Facilitate the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational). Ensure the end-to-end solution is proven to deliver the required business results.
- Drive adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders. Communicate with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status.
- Drive the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements. Support the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support upon implementation.
- Develop, monitor, and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project. Create/revise/execute deliverables including Process Maps, Data Flow Diagrams, Requirements Specifications, Functional Design & configuration, Use Case Scenarios, Acceptance Testing, etc.
- Coordinate user activities during the project life cycle, develop, execute, and validate user acceptance test plans and implementation support.
- Maintain focus on process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and their relationship to the business environment.
- Conduct business process mapping, functional and technical gap analysis.
- Analyze overall project considerations and build the business rationale to provide an ROI and a concrete solution recommendation.
Salary
70 - 75 /hour
