Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
- SPI exam completion preferred.
- ARDMS certification or ARRT (S), or eligibility for ARDMS Registry/ARRT (S), preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures, following department policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
- Operate and understand ultrasound equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and display of clinical images.
- Monitor patient well-being throughout exams, addressing any discomfort or medical issues.
