Ranging Hours: Monday–Saturday

In this role you will:
- Carefully follow and understand all radiology policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Independently perform a wide range of ultrasound exams, such as general, vascular, and small parts in an outpatient setting
- Perform and document maintenance on equipment
- Review and execute current lab protocols
- Prepare preliminary written impressions
- Communicate results to radiologist
- Assure that all emergent tests are performed in an expedited manner
- Assist doctors with outpatient related procedures/biopsies
- A graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
- RDMS (Breast) certification required.
- Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Travel to multiple Suffolk County Offices
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Working knowledge of all basic computer applications
