Unarmed Security Consultant (Vehicle/Foot Patrol). (SIGN ON BONUS)
Weekends are Required.
The sign-on $1,000.00 bonus is available to all full time contract candidates who apply, contingent upon meeting all qualifications, such as background checks, DMV records, successfully completing unpaid training, and completing 180 paid assignments with no infractions. This is not limited to the above. Full time contract candidates/workers means 35 hours etc including weekends.
A sign-on bonus of $500.00 are for all part time contract candidates who apply, contingent upon meeting all qualifications, such as background checks, DMV RECORDS, successfully completing unpaid training, and completing 180 paid assignments who no infractions, tardiness, call off's, receiving non compliant letters/emails etc. This is not limited to the above.
Part time contract candidates means working 34 hours or less weekly.
If you do not live in St. Louis, candidates must be willing to relocate to this county. Upon relocation, contingent on successfully completing all required background checks and obtaining a security license, as well as completing 180 paid assignments without tardiness, infractions, or calling off, O&R Security will reimburse the first month’s relocation rent, with all required proof, not exceeding $1,200.00. This is not limited to what is described and may include additional requirements. Documentation and verification may be required. Candidates will also receive a relocation contract sign-on bonus of $1,000.00, provided all proof, etc., is submitted.

Independent Subcontractor Unarmed Security Consultant Vehicle Mobile Patrol
VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.
Requirements:
- An operable vehicle.
- Must have own vehicle in "good condition". “Good” condition means that the vehicle has some small cosmetic repairable defects and is free of major mechanical problems. The paint and bodywork may require small/minor touch-ups.
- The vehicle must be a 4-door vehicle.
- Acceptable vehicles only Sedan, 4-door SUV & 4 door vehicles with hatchback
- The vehicle must be a 2016 or newer.
- Insurance of Full coverage is required for all vehicles driven on the property.
- Proof of declaration documents is required
- Security License/Security Badge
- Valid driver's license
- Email Literate
- Professionalism & Forthcoming Honesty
CERTIFICATES, LICENSE BADGES ETC. ARE REQUIRED IN THIS COUNTY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED WE WILL GUIDE YOU ON THE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO TAKE TO RETRIEVE.
Responsibilities:
- An Unarmed Security Consultant vendor's responsibilities are and are not limited to vehicle patrolling and monitoring a given location such as a job site, property, etc. You must have your vehicle for this position.
- We need open availability Monday - Sunday.
- Place warning stickers/tickets on unauthorized vehicles and vehicles in violation.
- We will work with your current schedule.
- They are to report via email all damages, suspicious activity, any property rights that are not functioning properly, illegal dumping of trash, and furniture, safely detour negative activity on the property, etc, inspect the sprinkler/electric rooms, take photos and attach to emails, report potholes, detour negative issues, etc, prevent damages to the property with more details provided in training.
- Other requirements are all explained in detail.
Qualifications:
- The subcontractor must have their own vehicle and valid full coverage insurance to complete the assignments.
- Read and understand the English language.
- The subcontractor must have a valid driver's license.
- Drug Test Required
- The subcontractor must have their cell phone, know how to take photos with their cell phone, and email savvy.
- The vehicle must be a 2016 or newer.
- Insurance of Full coverage is required for all vehicles driven on the property.

Pay:
- Weekly pay.
- $800.00 (A.Q.) TAKE HOME PAY.
- 35 Hours Weekly.
- Pay dates are Sundays
- The pay rate may increase after successfully completing 160 paid assignments without tardiness and/or calling off. This is at O&P's discretion as financial increases are not guaranteed.
- The vehicle must be a 2016 or newer.

Schedule Mandatory:
- On-Call Days
- Staggered/Scattered Days and Hours (your schedule is never the same day to day)
- All schedules are posted on the OntheClock App 3 weeks in advance
- Each Sunday schedules are readjusted
- Holidays are mandatory (O&P/O&R DOES NOT PAY HOLIDAY PAY NOR TIME IN A HALF)
Hours Weekly and Daily:
- Assignment Hours vary each day as days off per week vary each week.
- Assignment Hours typically will not exceed 4-8 hours in one day.
- This is a contractual position as hours per week vary. Hours will not exceed 8 hours per day unless an urgent issue occurs.
- If a worker exceeds 35 hours per week he/she will receive additional pay for the week that exceeds 35 hours
- New hires should have a flexible schedule to work with. On Call.
- Weekends required
