Coke Florida is searching for an Unattended Retail Manager. This role can be based out of our Tampa area office.
What you will do:
The Unattended Retail (UR) Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the unattended retail space within our Vending Services Team. This role will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the InstaMarket concept and vending management software (Parlevel). The UR Manager will provide executive leadership with analytics and insights needed to run the day-to-day business within the unattended retail space. This role will help create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and will provide our vending field teams with the necessary support to drive improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances for all unattended retail elements
- Leads projects within the unattended retail space
- Deliver results on time and within budget while managing execution and operational risk
- Develops, coordinates and monitors SOPs for the InstaMarket Brand
- Be a change agent, continue to evaluate process, systems and help with process improvement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate key drivers to accelerate business
- Defines and influences the process for customer segmentation ensuring the appropriate products and services are provides to appreciate customers to drive sales growth, customer value, satisfaction and retention
- Analyze SKU productivity and make recommendations that will improve sales and/or drive efficiencies through assortment optimization
- Manage a wide range of analytics support-related task involving the research, document creation, Sops and master data adjustments
For this role you will need:
- Previous experience (at least 7 years) including a minimum of 3 years' experience as a manager in Customer of Field Sales
- Previous experience leading a team, with the proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Previous experience with sales and negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of project management experience desired
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Vending Management Systems (preferably Parlevel)
- Strong experience working with MS Excel
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Expect to travel up to 40% of the time
Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree highly desired
- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Beverage category experience preferred
- Data mining/data analysis experience desired
- Prior CPG sales leadership experience
- Passionate, results-oriented, collaborative and self-motivated
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and can communication effectively to small and large audiences
