Underground Construction Foreman / East Michigan - Amcomm Inc

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Underground Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects in underground settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, particularly in underground utilities and infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
3. Interpret project plans and blueprints to ensure work is completed accurately.
4. Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that may arise during construction.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Maintain accurate project documentation and report on project status to higher management.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role, with a focus on underground construction projects.
2. Strong knowledge of underground construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a construction team.
5. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in construction.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management are a plus.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
