Position Title: Underwriting Manager, Construction

My client is a specialized underwriting firm focusing on property and casualty solutions by managing general underwriters and various national programs.

The Property and Casualty Underwriting Manager is responsible for executing the underwriting strategy, policies, and processes for property and casualty to promote profitable growth. This position involves managing underwriting operations, supporting business development and retention efforts, and assisting in the creation of innovative insurance products. The manager encourages collaboration, develops key relationships, and partners with executives to ensure that underwriting activities align with my client's strategic and financial objectives.

The candidate should have experience in construction and manufacturing underwriting. Management experience is also required. Experience with fire and pest issues is preferred. Additionally, holding a CPCU designation is preferred.
