Job Summary: The Oncology Patient Services Coordinator serves as the key contact for referring physicians, and appropriately prioritizes and schedules patient tests. The incumbent maintains database on patient information and compiles/distributes reports. Provides clerical support and performs other job-related duties as requested.
Specifications: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred with 2 to 4 years’ experience in medical office required. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and strong computer skills. Experience using Cerner, IDX, or EPIC preferred. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Must be proficient in the English language.
