Position Summary | This position will support the Health Equity and SocialConnectedness for Older Adults Programs, working closely with the ProgramManager to oversee and administer the programs, strategies, and initiativesdesigned to develop, enhance, and support the various day-to-day activities ofthe program as part of the Office for Community Health. Oversees all day-to-dayinternal and external finance and human resources activities. Manages orcoordinates facility and resource management, information services, and generaldepartment and grant administration. Participates with the Program Manager,Project Director, and internal management in strategic and operational decisionmaking as a member of the team. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience managing at least one of the following functional areas: fiscal services, administration and/or human resources AND 1 year of additional experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
Preferred Qualifications | - Experience with CHW, public health, and/or health equityprograms or grants - Knowledge of PCard, Smartsheets, Project Managementsoftware (e.g. Asana, Slack, etc.) - Highly organized and detail oriented - Program administration or management experience - Experience with communication, collaboration, and projectmanagement software including Zoom, Smartsheet, Canva, Box, Slack, Asana, etc. - Proficient writer - Collaborative team player and great communicator. - Knowledge of UNM internal systems - Research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Ability to use independent judgment and to manageconfidential information. - Bilingual in Spanish or Din |
