About the Job
Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a Per Diem Unit Associate for Mother Baby at Morristown Medical Center to work varied shifts including every other weekend. Holidays are required.
- Greeting patients, visitors, healthcare team members, and physicians
- Registering newborns
- Answering call lights
- Ordering transcriptions
- Assisting charge nurse/coordinator with patient flow through the unit
- Patient chart maintenance; answering the phone
- Communicating critical information to doctors and nurses in a high pace environment
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties
