You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, directly supporting our residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain medical and office supplies
- Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist nursing and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Serve as a communication hub for staff, residents, and families
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer use
- Previous healthcare or office experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Likes to smile!
