You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, directly supporting our residents and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain medical and office supplies
• Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist nursing and clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Serve as a communication hub for staff, residents, and families

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer use
• Previous healthcare or office experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Likes to smile!
