• Provides clerical/secretarial support to the director and department leadership team
• Demonstrates skills in organizing department activities such as: staff meetings, interviews etc.
• Collaborates with the Director and department leadership team in coordinating continuous Quality improvement and assurance efforts.
• Offers assistance to other staff members when needed, displaying initiative in this area. Responds promptly to call lights. Assists with general housekeeping duties. Uses work time for work.
• Efficient and assist in educating staff on proper timecard management and utilization of the time clock.
• Participates in the responsible management of health care resources.
• Assumes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others.
• Practices in a clinical environment through application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills
• Ability to work varied shifts and/or days including weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Idaho
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience as a nursing assistant
