Unit Manager Responsibilties:

• Oversee the daily operations of your assigned unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, creating an engaging and positive work environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that make a difference in residents' lives.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies while promoting best practices.

• Monitor resident health and well-being, addressing any concerns with compassion and urgency.

• Drive initiatives that enhance the resident experience and promote a vibrant community atmosphere.

Unit Manager Qualifications:

• A valid RN or LPN license in Kentucky (your ticket to success!).

• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
