We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registred Nurse to serve as a Unit Manager. Pay and Compensation: You will earn a competitive hourly rate.

Unit Manager Responsiblities:
- This position acts in a supervisory role to the Clinical staff on each unit, reporting to the Director of Nursing.
- Facilitates the resolution of issues and concerns associated with patient/resident care including family issues.
- Ensures assessments, documentation and care plans are completed accurately and in a timely fashion for all shifts.
- Supports the Infection Control Practitioner/Staff Development Coordinator in ensuring clinical team compliance.
- Participates with Interdisciplinary team for quality improvement initiatives and sits on Quality Assurance Committee
Requirements of the Unit Manager (RN/LPN)
- Current LPN or RN license from New Hampshire
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
- Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
