Requirements for Unit Secretary/Medical Records:

• Highscool diploma or equivalent
• Understands and can maneuver in a heavily regulated healthcare environment

Job Duties for Unit Secretary/Medical Records:

• Responsible for ordering, tracking, maintaining, and distributing supplies for our center
• Receives all medical and clinical supplies and documents appropriately.
• Maintains a daily rental equipment log.
• Ensures that the therapy / nursing storage rooms and carts are stocked appropriately.
• Maintains appropriate level of inventory at all times.
• Adhere to federal, state and facility regulations
