POSITION SUMMARY:
In collaboration with Operations Manager, supervises staff and Clinic resources ensuring physician and customer satisfaction, compliance and attaining financial targets. Works closely with manager to establishes and implement departmental mission, goals, strategic plans and objectives that support the Health System mission.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Current Illinois nurse license or Associate Degree required. Two years healthcare supervisory experience preferred. Requirements may vary based on clinic specialty.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Strong leadership, training and organizational skills. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization and community. Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
