Pay-rate:
$26.50/hr = $1,060/week
Available Shifts:
8am-4:30pm, 4pm-12:30am, 12am-8:30am; available weekends and holidays
- Must have medical experience, as CNA or MA
- Will have similar duties within Radiology department
2. 8am-4:30pm, no weekends/Holidays
- Must be Spanish speaking

Job duties:
- Provide information and referral by answering routine questions and/or routes inquiries to appropriate office.
- Maintain inventory
- Arrange for meetings by coordinating calendars, distributing agenda material and reserving conference rooms.
- Operate office equipment, such as: computer, 10-key adding machine, typewriter, facsimile machine, photocopier, postage meter.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; answer phones and direct callers; and answer inquiries in person.
- Search/retrieve records upon request and forward to relevant parties.
- Receive incoming mail to sort and distribute; Deliver mail and internal correspondence within the organization; and collect outgoing mail/packages and utilize postage meters/machines to weigh and affix postage.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Maintaining and organizing files and documents, both electronic and paper.
- Creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of memos, letters, and other correspondence.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Collaborating with other administrative staff members to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- BLS, Fire Card, experience as CNA or MA.
