Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
MSN required, while a DNP or PhD in Nursing is preferred. A familiarity with or interest in case-based or problem-based teaching is ideal. Experience in adult geriatrics as a nurse practitioner is required. Candidates should be eligible for APRN licensure by the State of South Carolina and hold national certification as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include clinical course teaching, including monitoring Typhon facilitating and implementing innovative teaching strategies including learning intensives, clinical practice and scholarship. Experience in graduate online teaching methods is preferred, but a motivated candidate without teaching experience who meets the educational and professional requirements will be considered.
