Universal Banker (On-site) at TEKsystems

Description:

-Processing transactions

-Cash checks with assigned limits

-Responsible for daily cash settlements and proof transactions

-Open checking, savings, money market and certificates of deposit accounts

-Orders check and ATM/Debit cards and provides started checks for new accounts

-Upsells customers to open, develop, and close sales

-Identifies customer's financial needs through in person meetings, referrals, marketing, etc.

MUST HAVE:

-1 year of customer service / cash handing / problem solving / multi-tasking experience (open to industry - banking, bartender, waiter, etc.)

-Someone needs to know how to count money

-Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers that come into the branch

-Someone who is coachable and able to receive feedback

-Comfortable working in a small team environment

-Someone who is coachable, dependable, and ability to take control of their career (someone who takes ownership)

NICE TO HAVE:

-Previous banking or cash handling experience in the financial field is preferred

-Experience with fraud or auditing experience is a bonus
