- IBM Power5, Power6 and Power7 servers
- IBM Bladecenters
- IBM System X servers
- Oracle/AIX Tuning methodology and testing
- Disaster recovery
- Capacity planning and dynamic resource allocation
- Popular Linux flavors
- BSD Unix
- BSD Jails
- Tivoli Storage Manager 5.x/6.x backup system with Windows/AIX/Linux/OSX Clients
- Tivoli Storage Manager for Database backups handling Oracle 9/10/11, DB2 v8/9
- Tivoli Directory Server for LDAP authentication
- Tivoli Workload Scheduler
- IBM Datastage
