The purpose of the Vivint UpgradeConcierge team is1)to delight ourexistingVivint customers with our service,2) to presentinnovative equipment upgrades,and3) to createopportunities to save money.UpgradeConcierge Professionals reach out to our existing customers.Successfulspecialistsstrategicallyanticipateandidentifycustomer needstomaintainour world class service.We are looking for high-qualityandhardworkingindividualswith growth mindsetsto join Vivint!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, No weekends!
Training: Paid, Mandatory Training (3 weeks)
Pay: $14/hr + uncapped commission (average earnings of $50,000+)

Effectivespecialistsare dedicated to providingvalue in all interactions both with our customers and internally.
Toexcel,you will need toadapt to new situations, handle change, and balance multiple demands.

Required Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
Must be able to commute to our Lindon office
Must be able to commit to at least 6 months employment
Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)
Prior sales experience is a plus
Proficient with basic computer functions and ability toutilizesoftware, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
