YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The General Manager is responsible for running all the operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee P&L management, food & labor costs, scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, food quality, managing the floor, maintenance, health & safety, payroll and admin
• Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Minimum 2+ Years experience as a General Manager with a $4M+ upscale, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills
• Passionate about restaurants and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Must currently live within 30 minute drive of Palo Alto
