URBN is looking for an HRIS Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting URBN’s HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management systems My URBN, My Time (UKG Pro & UKG Pro WFM), and iCIMS. They are the first point of contact for technical support cases regarding Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Scheduling and Timekeeping. The HRIS coordinator supports and educates internal and external system users and implements creative training and support solutions to increase user functionality, satisfaction, and ease of use.
Role Responsibilities:- Accountable for all tier 1 support for HRIS Systems, including researching and resolving Help Desk tickets, escalating complex issues.
- Identify challenges and areas of improvement in user training materials and process documentation; recommend and implement enhancements to improve employee self-service capability.
- Creation of job aids and training documentation and assisting in training to users.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HRIS, Payroll and WFM tools such as user permission set up, proxy maintenance, data entry, data corrections and auditing for data integrity.
- Participate in testing for system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ensure that all knowledge articles and training documents are updated when any changes are made.
- Assist in process improvement; partner with the business to identify areas of opportunity for efficiency improvements and automation within systems.
- Provide administrative project support for scheduling and communications.
- Maintain discretion and ensure proper handling while dealing with highly sensitive data.
- 1-2 years of work experience in HR, HRIS, Payroll or retail management role preferred.
- General understanding of Payroll, Timekeeping, and Wage & Hour concepts.
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM and/or other Cloud HCM systems a plus.
- Experience with ICIMS or other Cloud Recruiting systems a plus.
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong Time Management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Aptitude for creative thinking and problem solving.
